Hello Im a college student starting p90x. I want to know more about the meal plan. Where is the best place to shop for these groceries? How much will it cost weekly or monthly? What is the cheapes way to follow the meal plan? Im doing the program by my self so it gets a little expensive when it comes to buying the groceries.
