Can I plug my camera into an xbox 360 console and have the pictures on their?

1. Is it possible to connect my camera (sony handcam) to an xbox 360 console and have the pictures of it on my console so I can use one of my pictures as my profile gamerpic.

2. Also, what is windows media player on xbox 360?
