I bought an XBOX 360 Elite in April at Gamestop new for $299 & also purchased their $39.99 one-year Product Placement Plan. Can I bring my 360 back & say it's defective and use the plan to switch it out for the new 250gb Slim console which also retails for $299. All the old consoles have been discontinued.
