coach handbags or juicy couture,which is much better? and which is much affordable for a student?

i am going back to school and now i am picking up some shcool stuff.

there are two kinds of handbags on my list,the coach and juciy couture handbags. but my dad allowes me choice one of them only and also under the budget 100 usd.

please tell me,as a student ,which one is better for me,and please remember,my budget is under 100 usd. thank you all inadvance.
