I see fairly often P90X being advertised more for weight loss rather than strength building and mass accumulation. At the same time, I've seen before/after pictures of people who emerge with much more muscle definition in the end. I am tall and of a thin build, so fat loss is the least of my concerns. So the big question is this: would three months of P90X trump three months in the weight room if I am gearing solely towards strength and mass? Answers with a bit of explanation following are appreciated.
