Hi, I just got my new Nokia X6 mobile phone recently. I don't know why but each time someone tries to call me while the touchscreen is locked, the phone does not ring and the caller gets an automated reply of "Your call could not be connected, please try again." I have read the User Manual and searched the internet but nothing is working.
My phone provider is 3 Mobile.
