hi, im 15 years old, im about 5'10- 5'11. im 187 lbs. and im trying to lose weight. i want to lose weight and gain muscle but at the same time so i really don't want to diet. i was wondering if i should do P90x in till i think im physically able to do insanity workout, or should i do a daily/ weekly exercise routine before any of them. any ideas?
