Verizon to offer 4G here
Verizon Wireless will build a 4G wireless network in Pittsburgh and 37 other major metropolitan areas by the end of the year, the nation's largest cell phone carrier announced Wednesday. Verizon's 4G Long Term Evolution coverage will stretch north to south from Ellwood City to Uniontown and east to west from Washington to Latrobe, the company said.
