I'm using whey protein and the one I am using includes 15g of protein per serving, so i just throw that into a shake, but my question is that is that 15g of protein powder considered a protein "block" from the P90X portion approach??
Please help! Any help is appreciated:D
PS: I spent at least two hours looking this up..
