Can you use the ps2 eyetoy with ps3 for anything else apart from chat?

Can you use the ps2 eyetoy with ps3 for anything else apart from chat?ok, i know you can use the ps2 eyetoy with the ps3 for the chatcam and some of the football games for face scans but can you use it for anything else?
