did rockstar say there was goind to be new gta IV cheats for ps3?Or did they say there where ganna be some new clothes or guns?

Well as far as I know they have completely forgotten about the PS3. I mylsef am a PS3 owner and still am completely P****d off about the exclusive content for the XBOX. I think that Microsoft sealed a deal to have exclusive downloadable content.
