How come there no good games for ps3 in 2010 and earlier, but ps1 have so many good games?ps3 doesn't have any good games. Some good games are out in late 2011 or early 2012.

Often times when looking in the past we see what we had as better when in reality they are about the same as what we have today. We get it so ingrained in our heads that the old things are better that we refuse to believe anything different.

The ps3 has a lot of great games. They are not as good as the ps1/ps2 games, but are still good. Your just letting nostalgia get into the way.

God of War Collection
God of War 3
Uncharted 1&2
Call of Duty
Gran Turismo
Killzone 2
Killzone 3(coming soon)
inFAMOUS
etc...

Please tell us why do you belief that there are no good games? I mean Uncharted is quite a good game. Metal Gear Solid 4 I would say is solid. And there are many more games worth owning and playing on the PS3.
So I do feel that you are quite .. prejudging!
And really yes the PS1 and PS2 had great games.. every console better has a few good games. But reality is time has moved on and though I love some of the greater PS1 games like Final Fantasies.. and the PS2 games like Gran Turismo 4. To be fair I also see their limitations. They are limited by the console they we're build for.
And to be fair with the amount of decent to great games on the PS3 I hardly start up the older games. Games in the current gen just have so much nice new things to offer. Are so much more ahead.
Yes old game are good but you must remember that they are what they are. Old games.. and sometimes actually in most situations we want something new. Something interesting to get back to the old times. Yup I still fire up GT4, I still fire up the old PS1 rpg's. Good stuff good stuff
But at the same moment I am enjoying Fallout 3, Fallout 3 new vegas and yes even some of the exclusives for the PS3. I like good games no matter on what console!
And the PS3 has quite a few good games it can be proud on. So I disagree with you that the PS3 lacks good games. And I am happy we are still moving forward.
Not wanting to sound nasty here but old games well are old. And you know.. as good as they can be.. they don't get to be anything better. You have to have a mix of older and newer games you can enjoy. Look I am not a graphic whore, actually I am more a story and gameplay whore. But I am just not wanting to stay stuck to 320x240 my whole life. There is more beyond the PS1 you know.
