raced the same race over and over again to get 2 million credits then it told me i cant get it yet,it is on the gran turismo 5 prologue on PS3 ,please help me

You have to earn a trophy (bronze, silver, or gold) in each C Class event, B Class event, A Class event, and S Class event to actually earn the right to buy the car. Once you accomplish that, you need 2,000,000 credits to actually buy the car.
I highly recommend you just buy other cars and keep trying to earn trophies before buying the F2007. The F2007 is a nice racecar, but its not very useful for trying to win races let alone the hard ones; You can't use it in any of the Power Point races because the car's PP rating is very, very high. And I don't think they have a F2007 online time trial anymore. If you haven't noticed already, you can't have more than 2,000,000 in your bankroll at once.
