How do you download PS3 themes from the playstation universe website onto a jumpdirive?Playstation universe or www.psu.com has alot of ps3 themes but i guess you are supposed to use the internet browser on your ps3 to get the themes directly but can you just put all the themes on a jump drive and transfer them to your ps3?

Yes you can.
Right click on a theme you want- then click save as, then select to save to your jump or USB flash drive.

Yes you can. Here's how
1. On your jumpdrive, create a new folder and call it PS3
2. In this PS3 folder, make another new folder and call it THEME
3. You should now have a structure on your drive that looks like this - PS3/THEME (All Caps Required)
4. Put the .p3t file into the THEME folder
5. Plug the drive into your ps3
6. Go to themes
7. Click install
8. Select the memory card or USB device
9. Install and you're done
