wait don panik he can also read ur ps3 so make sure he resetted and all good to go first . next ring up a sony with ur phon, he can take it from here and he know lots of informat about the ps.

Sony are looking into this error it doesn't look good.
It's not just you i have it when i try to play Heavy rain, and so do a lot of other people.
I could explain but it'll make more sense if you just search through some game forums they are being updated constantly by unhappy gamers.

Well Playstation Network is under going some maintenance, I also is having the same problem. Alond with hundreds of other people that does not have a "slim" version of the ps3. You can follow the update on there twitter http://www.twitter.com/sonyplaystation . But that probally wont do much good because i dont even think sony knows what the problem is.
