I have read this on the ps3 forums,is it true?I have read on the ps3 forums that the ps3's cell cpu was originally 5GHZ but they downgraded it to 3.2GHZ because some overheating issues, that's BEFORE the ps3's release,is it true that the ps3's cell cpu was 5GHZ then they downgraded it to 3.2GHZ BEFORE the ps3's release?or just a garbage?

i dont think so. they dont design a cpu to go at one speed without knowing already whether it can take the heat. they already know approximately the heat it can take, thats decided during design phase.
besides, clock speed is pretty much irrelevent when you have 8 SPEs that can do work too

Look man, stop worrying so much about a small GHZ difference!

Just enjoy the games, we've answered your questions about 10 times now!

It was NOT originally 5 GHZ, it was and always will be 3.2 GHZ

listen you got to shut the f+ck up. i have answered you questions calmly but now your taking this to far. you obviously have no clue what GHZ is and you obviously can't enjoy your ps3. so just toss your ps3 out the window and put an end to this. it has always been 3.2GHZ so just quit asking these questions
