Well first I must say your a good person for doing that, I wish someone would do that for me....anyways what you can do is allow them to have ur psn id and let them download it. And what will happen is they wil redownload it then once he plays it as long as you don't try to play it again the other person will be fine. If you try to play it won't allow them for 24hrs to play on that ps3
Also in theory you could give them the beta key and they should be able to download it although I've never tried it that way
