You can use any kind of USB cable as long as it has the regular USB plug on one end and the small little one that plugs in to the controller on the other end. As long as they plug in, you can charge.

Yes it's called USB to mini-B cable. Sold at any computer store for ~5$ . Get one with ferrite protection.
