It might be a but late (you may have already 'found one yourself') but I found this website really helpful when I was playing Oblivion for the first time:

It has about 3000 articles on just about everything you can imagine: a walkthrough, list of characters, spells, missions, weapons, secrets, best way to get money, what to do in-game if you are bored etc. It's really good, and so is the game.
