How can I set the video settings to high on GTA IV for the PS3?Hey,
Am I the only one who thinks that the texture quality in the PS3 GTA IV sucks?
I would want to know if there is any exploit/setting/hack that could set the texture quality to high? I'm sure the PS3 can run that...

Unfortunately no, there is no way to enhance the textures on PS3. You are certainly right that the PS3 should be able to handle it, however when making multi-platform games, the games are usually developed with the 360 first in mind (have to make sure it fits on the ~9GB DVD-DL) and then the same version of the game is also burnt on blu-ray discs for the PS3.
This results in a game that uses about 20% of the blu-rays storage capacity and this happens with almost ANY multi-platform game (a notable exception being BioShock, which was released for PS3 1 year after 360 and was rebuilt from the ground up to take advantage of the PS3, better textures, less lag, etc.)
If GTA IV was optimized for PS3, it would likely rival the PC version in terms of clarity and picture quality, but instead the console version was optimized for the 360 and was not enhanced whatsoever for the PS3.
