just get them from the playstation store. they have lots of good ones there like call of duty 4 and god of war

Well, you can use any picture that you have saved on your PS3's hard drive as a Background, but I think that you might be talking about Theme's too.

the PS store has some.
you can use any normal Wallpaper for PC on your PS3, though they might need cropping to fit TV aspect ratio(the PS3 gives you cropping tools when you apply a wallpaper)
Some sites offer specialist Ps3 wallapper,s layed out to suit the XMB and fit 1080p.
the website with the wallpaper packs needs to be gotten off a PC first, nto striaght to PS3 as they are in Zip folders.
