Ps3 Network?gotta question about the network...
when i try to create an account it tells me that i need to put in my billing address...so does this mean if i wanna access ps3 home or what ever i need to pay?

No it just means they want your address as a means of contacting you. You are under no obligation to pay anything and you don't need to give a credit card # unless you plan on purchasing on the playstation store.
The address is also used for marketing purposes. Notice how certain stores ask for zipcode? It tells them where their customers are from and where they could be marketing better. Same with Sony.

Aside from what the 1st answerer said, they ask you for your billing address as a security feature. If your billing address and your residential address do not match, then you will not be able to purchase anything from the ps store.
