You can use the eyetoy for PS3, though the new Playstation Eye just released, it's much better than the eyetoy.

yes you can but it may not work on the new PS3 cam games. It will work for chat, taking pics and playing eyetoy games though.
The new PLAYSTATIONeye just came out and much better and there are going to be quite a few games released for it and I believe most will be downloaded through the PSN.
