PS3 Updates?Can I Download The PS3 Updates in other computer then attach them in my email then download the update in my computer? Does The PS3 will be able to recognize the update?

It actually depends on the PS3 O.S. you have.. for example.. on the 40gb, it might not recognize simple updates even if done this way. On the 80gb, there's a better chance.. but if you do it incorrectly it might catch something else from the files!!
The PS3 systems are actually kind of sensitive, I work in electronics an my Sony Rep said everyone should just settle in for now an wait for the new 120gb PS3, because it's said to be a bit higher up in the advancements than the other three have been!

No. You can only use the PS3s internet browser to download media like images music and video. You will have to put the update on a memory stick.
