go to playstation stores on the game click on wallpapers then you choose one theyre all free

well the PSN is the only way i know, and they have lots of wallpapers, I am sure you find a fire one there.

Just type "PS3 wallapers", or "PS3 themes" into google. Download what you like, copy them onto a USB flash drive & take them to your Playstation.
Themes tend to have different icons as well as the background picture.
