does the ps3 slim have wifi problems?im planning on getting a ps3 slim since my old one broke, so i was discusing it with my friend and he said that some of his friends had them and that they had really bad connection from their wifi. he also said it had nothing to do with thier internet. so, is there any difference?

Your friends are idiots (no offense). I don't think the Wi-Fi receiver used in the PS3 has changed. Ever. In almost all cases, bad connections are because of your network (for whatever reason) or, in some cases, your ISP.

The wifi on the Slim is just as good as the original. I just bought a slim and sadly my wifi network signal was week. so I just plugged in my internet modem/router into the PS3 itself and then got my computer to pic up the wireless signal since its stronger for the computer.

iam posting thi because the wifi completely sucks. i cant even sign in. im on a laptop doing this so dont blame ur internet,bame sony. i dont think thechunky ugly versio as prblems with internet but its wired. DONT get it.it was a waste of momey and u cant return it.
