how can i change the ps3 home page icons without internet connection?i know people do it with a psp but can i upload it on a unb an put it on a ps3?

Yes, download it onto you computer and unzip it or something like that. Then Make a folder on your usb stick named PS3 (caps), in that folder make a folder named named THEME(CAPS). Then put that file into that folder. Then put the usb stick in the ps3. go under theme settings and press theme and then install.
