How did 24 GB of my PS3 Harddrive get used up so quick?I have a 60 gig PS3. In reality it's 55 GB.
It says theres only 31 gigs left, but where have I used it all?
I have 200 songs, 2 short movie trailers, 8 game demos, and 4 ps3 games saved data.
How is all that even close to 24 gigs?
1 gig is about 250 songs.

By the sounds of things you have online and you download outside ps3 stores so you may very likely have a virus and need to wipe the hard drive
And i know people say that a virous is only on the computer but as soon as you go online with anything you risk a viral infection on said system. Eg; iphone, itouch, psp, ds, ps3, 360, and some times wii!_!

its either the games you use take up mass amounts of storage,along with all the songs ect. that you downloaded or whenever you was on the playstation network on the internet downloading demos you picked up a virus that has infected your harddrive and that means that you need to go to your harddrive options on the playstation options and delete your hard drive completely before it gets worse.
