how difficult is valkyria chronicles for ps3?

how difficult is valkyria chronicles for ps3?and how long is it? I don't want to buy it if its too short.

At some points you have to keep trying it is very hard at some points i liked it it was entertaining and actiony i would get it your choice though its also pretty long.
