How do you make mods for PS3?I Want to make mods for ps3 but i dont know there arent any mods for ps3 but i heard from some people that you can make your own mods but i dont know how to make my own mods if anyone knows anythin about it let me know.

The only mods for PlayStation are controller mods such a rapid fire but there are a million bazillion mods for PC games.
