Is it possible to play PS3 3D games with classic 3D glasses?I have a PS3, a pair of green-magenta 3D glasses but I don't have a 3D TV. Can't afford it.
So my question is...Can we use anaglyph 3D glasses to play PS3 games or it is necessary to have a 3D TV? Is there an option to convert to anaglyph?

If the game has a 3D option for those kinds of glasses you can. (NBA 2K11 has that option...)

No, you really need a 3D TV and compatible glasses. Although there are two free firmware updates for PS3, (one that enables 3D gaming and another that enables 3D Blu-ray) you do need a 3D TV which has a special 3D signal processor. The TV will have a built-in emitter that communicates with the active shutter 3D glasses (not the kind you use in a theater.)
