ps3 customer service?I want to talk to them personally about my ps3, it has to do with updates.
I don't want that thing where they talk and make u press buttons.

I hate automated support. See if repeatedly pressing 0 helps. I have yet to call support for my ps3 but I'm a master at the xbox support :P

Sometimes when you call people here and don't press buttons, they say "I will forward you to one of our operators" or something. =P
Try that. Just don't do anything and wait for her to say that!
Or just be clever and try to get through.
