PS3 Reset Password Help?So PSN Came Back Up On May 14 And I Did The 3.61 Update And Then Installed It And Everything And When I Signed In It Said I Needed To Reset My Password. So It Said An Email Had Been Sent To The Exact Address I Always Use To Sign In And I Checked My Email But They Havent Sent Me Anything. I Did That A Couple More Times But Still Nothing In My Inbox. So Now What Am I Supposed To Do? I Sent Playstation Network An Email About It And They Sent Me A Link Back And It Says "Please Enter The Following Letters And Numbers In The Box Below" But I Dont See Any Numbers Or Letters Anywhere. Can Someone Please Help Me? I Would Appreciate Your Help.
It Doesnt Let Me Change My Password On My PS3 It Sends An Email No Matter What...
Hey Gregory The Email I Sent My Message To Is playstation_network@playstation-email.com And They Are The Ones That Replied With A Link To Reset The Password But On There It Says "Please Enter The Following Letters And Numbers In The Box Below" And Thats Where I Get Stuck Because There Arent Any Numbers Or Letters Anywhere. Other People Are Saying To Go To The Main Playstation Website And Login And There It Also Sends An Email That Takes Up To 24 Hours. Hope This Helps.

Right now everyone is trying to sign in and change their passwords and it may be causing a small hiccup in the speed that is not allowing emails to be sent out instantly. I was prompted to change my password when I tried to sign in the PSN via my PS3 last night you may want to try doing that.
