How can I get the files from my old PS3 Drive?My old PS3 died recently. I kept the internal hard drive out of it and bought a new slim PS3. I know I can't put the old drive in the new machine, so I bought an external case but I can't find anyway to get the data off it. When I plug it into my laptop the drive doesn't even appear. Any ideas?

the files don't appear because they are on a different operating system.

my friend had the same problem. Email the playstation help centre...they helped him out and hes all sorted now
