I'd get it for Xbox 360, lots of cooler games for it. But either way he would love it, guaranteed. My birthday is coming fast too, wanna send me one? I'm still with my sega of ten years haha

I disagree with the first two answers. If the content of the game is acceptable to you as a parent and it doesn't bother you, then no worries. I wouldn't worry too much about it. They're going to learn about all of that sort of stuff someday anyway. I suggest just monitoring your child's gameplay and if his behavior starts changing then it might be time to take the game away. I have a daughter who's almost five and I let her watch shows such as Family Guy, Futurama, and the Simpsons. I have found that she is more understanding and accepting of things that might have seemed strange to us when we were younger. Also, I just read about a research project that says violent video games don't cause kids to be violent. Search for it on yahoo and decide what you think.
