PS3 Tips: What is the difference between the 120gb slim PS3 and the 160gb slim PS3?

What is the difference between the 120gb slim PS3 and the 160gb slim PS3?What is the difference between the 120gb slim PS3 and the 160gb slim PS3? I know the 160 is the newer and they just raised the hard drive size, but I looked at the specs, and it says:

CECH-20xxA
CECH-21xxA
PAL, NTSC

160GB
CECH-25xxA
PAL NTSC

What are the CECH differences?
