PS3 Tips: What would you say are the top 5 must own PS3 games?

What would you say are the top 5 must own PS3 games?I'm buying a PS3 tomorrow and was wondering what the top 5 PS3 games to play were? I'm thinking of getting Bioschock and MGS4 - what else would you recommend?

CoD4
MGS4
LBP
Killzone 2
GTA IV

4 Street Fighter IV
5 Killzone 2

And for PS3 Download I would HIGHLY suggest Flower.
