of course. now a days today's PS3 games have trophys everyday. it'll only make sense for a popular title like Silent Hill Downpour to have trophy's for many players to achieve.
konami even stated that they would like to please a wide variety of different audiences. that included trophy hunters too.

yes ever since 08 it is mandatory for games to have trophies so there will be trophies for the game just look at how many games have them since late 08 all of them except minis and PS1 classics have them
