[Edit] Fallout 3 has got even less replay value. And no the DLCs are not only for 360.

Fallout 3 its from the same company as oblivion... Bethesda.. but its after atomic bombs fell in Washington DC and you get guns :P Its amazing .. but the DLCs are only for 360

Fallout 3 is pretty good.
You may also want to look into Cross Edge. I haven't played it myself but it seems pretty interesting. Other than these two there aren't many RPG's out there for the PS3.
