There is no way to play downloaded ps3 games if thats what your asking. and there wont be a way to play them for a loonnng lonnng time. the only thing you can do with a downloaded ps3 game is burn it. cant play it yet. homebrew is crap games that ppl make at home. like pac man style games aka crap. homebrew is legal and free so you cant be a pirate if its free and legal.
