Why can't I download PS3 3.21 firmware update?I need to update my PS3 to 3.21 firmware so I can play it, but it keeps not working when I try to download it on my system. Unfortunately, Sony hasn't put it on their site so I can't use a storage media to install it. Any fixes?

I am getting the 80028E01 error as well if that is what your talking about. I think its a temporary sony problem, might need to check there website tomorrow when its updated.

I'm receiving the same error message...I know the person earlier posted a link to download the update but, are we suppose to download the content from a computer to a disk or flashdrive and then insert it to the ps3, or can we access the link through the ps3 network and download the update from there? Someone pls. help.
