will playing games on my ps3 affect the speed of my demo downloads and stuff?If I'm downloading a game demo on my ps3 and playing a game at the same time (offline) will the download still go just as fast?

If you play a game or watch a movie, the download will pause until you stop.

The download will slow down abit as you are multi tasking but it will still continue and as long as your internet connection is average, it will download about 5 minutes later then if you weren't playing!

Yes it will. I'm not sure if it slows down or pauses. I'll download something, play a game for an hour, and it either pauses, or I get 2% more completed.

It does slow it down a bit if you're playing a game, as your game needs to access the hard drive.
If you're playing online, then yes, it will take forever, since you'd be using up the bandwidth, therefore making it slower!
