I have the PS3 firmware update, so why can't I play music from my hard drive while playing a game?My PS3 is up to date. I have the new firmware that advertised the ability to play music while playing a game. However, when I am playing a game and go to my music playlist it says I that I am unable to play music while playing this game. Why is this happening?

you need custom firmware like (what ever you have) m33-3

I have the same problem if you have ofw (official firmware). And robberto i didnt heard of cfw (custom firmware) for playstation 3 and even to be made of m33 team.

the only game i know that supports the in game music is pixel junk eden other then that there is no game that supports it

there are only a few games patched to play music.
