PS3 MAG VS Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 are they comparable?Is this MAG game for PS3 coming out in Feb going to be any good? I have the beta but I doesn't seem to work on my PS3 I'm thinking of not buying it but the preview look crazy. Anyone know if this is going to be a game well worth buying like COD and Uncharted?

the public beta goes live january 4 , so before then you can't play it . I was in the private beta and it's huge compared to call of duty games , it's not for someone who likes to go solo but if you like team play and being part of a squad on a huge battlefield you'll love it . they just let people download the beta early so they were ready to go january 4 and didn't all download at once .

I honestly thought MAG was a poor game. I played a beta for a couple of weeks and put it down. Haven't played it since. I think Zipper should have made SOCOM 4 instead of MAG.

MAG has the controls of Battlefield Bad Company and has a larger sense, I as well got the private beta and I have to say that the whole time your working for something thats bigger than you and it does have some problems but is nothing in comparison to the spawn kills youll get in MW2 I will get MAG and I like MW2 It has one of the coolest ranking systems Ive seen and you feel like a boss when you can control a army of 128 men I was one of the lucky ones to have been able to do that OIC But if you are a loner and do things by yourself go for MW2 there are strengths and Weaknesses to both but i WOuld personally go with MAG

The beta won't work until January 4th I believe, so I would wait and see. Modern Warfare 2 and Uncharted 1 and 2 have campaigns. MAG will be online multiplayer only. I don't know about you, but I suck at ground war in MW2 with 18 people. I'd probably die the second I spawned with 256 (128 per team) we'll see in 2 days.

MAG is a good idea on paper with 256 players, but the real game is actually disappointing because theres so much going on that its to hectic and you die every three seconds.
