I just upgraded my 40GB hard drive to a 250GB hard drive and want to know how to make the 40GB drive into an external drive.
I have a enclosure, but it does not work, is there something i need to do?
Okay, i plug it into the computer and it does not come up in 'My Computer'.
Any suggestions?

it is a sata so it cant be used as a external u hav to install from inside
