When will the ps3 update download be available on the playstation site?I heard its a faster update if you update it through a USB device. Any idea when the download will be available, because it is not there yet.
As of 9:06 PM Pacific Standard Time, On the Playstation Site it still says "System Update 3.15 Get Update"

Its supposed to be sometime on April 1st Japan Time and its 1PM over there right now, so just keep trying every few mintues. I would've guessed Midnight Eastern for the US, which is right now.
Judging from the complaining I'm getting from select folks on my Buddy List, it sounds like the European residents have the update already.
