PS3-Wheelman-Does the game have free will like GTA games?

PS3-Wheelman-Does the game have free will like GTA games?Can i just run around if i dont want to do missions and stuff? Like how GTA games are? I am going to buy it in a minute if so

yeah but not as open world as gta. you can go around and stuff but you cant enter buildings. sooner or later u have to do the missions.
